How to hide Workspace and Admin Center menus in New UI Experience "Polaris"?

I would like to know if we have a way to hide the Workspace and Admin Center menus in the New UI Experience "Polaris", even if the user has permission to view, for example:
Even if the user has the admin role, he should not see the "Admin Center" menu in the "Polaris" Experience UI.

I know this property hides "workspaces" even if you're an admin.  I think "admin" record is in the Admin Center application and cannot be edited.

First, thank you very much for your feedback, as it's exactly what I'm looking for.
Despite having arrived at the menu items, all of them are found as "read only", even though I have the role "admin" and "security admin".

Is there any way to perform an update. I couldn't update any of the items, not even the workspaces item.
