Is there any limitation In ITIL roles for each company? If Yes, how to know the total number of ITIL roles and the remaining ITIL licensing?

Thank you

Hi @Prabhu6 ,

You can check license information in below page:

https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/home.do%3Fsysparm_view%3Dsu...

If you need more ITIL licenses, you may need to contact ServiceNow's sales team to purchase additional licenses.

Hi Prabhu,

This would be bit trickier & not as straightforward i.e. to go & check for User roles table & filter by ITIL.

For anything for licensing I recommend always to approach your ServiceNow Account Representative. Also, you can try & enable Subscription modules in your instance which is for free.
