When searching for published knowledge articles, they may not appear.
When searching for a full match, it may not work, and partial matches may appear.
I would like to know how the search works and whether the index is managed in the same way.
Example: If you publish an article with the title "test_test_test☆", it will not appear when you search for "test_test_test☆"
It will appear if you just use "test"
