I hope this email finds you well. My name is Jeff St. Fleur, and I recently enrolled in the Certified System Administrator training program.

I have successfully completed the Welcome to ServiceNow course and wanted to inquire about the total cost required to complete this certification. I noticed that the Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals course is listed at $500, but I would like to confirm if there are any additional fees I should anticipate after paying this amount.

I would greatly appreciate any clarification, advice, or suggestions you can provide to help me move forward with the training and certification process.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, completing this training is compulsory for all participants. Regarding the fee:

If a ServiceNow partner company employs you, the training will be provided at no cost (as your company has an existing agreement with ServiceNow). If you are not with a partner company, the training fee is USD 500, plus applicable taxes.

2. Voucher: Upon completing the training, you will receive an email to claim a voucher. The same conditions apply. The voucher is priced at USD 300, plus taxes.

In total, if you're not employed by a partner company, the cost will be USD 800, plus taxes.

But i read in a nother articel something about a fee of 2700$.

Is it for a higher grade of the CSA?

There are two training options: on-demand, which @Dr Atul G- LNG is referring to in his answer, and the more expensive instructor-led option.

On-demand training is self-paced and you watch pre-recorded videos and work through an online text book.

Instructor-led training is carried out in a live multi-day online class-room setting where an instructor talks you through the learning content and you can ask questions as you go.

@Dr Atul G- LNG has provided the correct answer but I wanted to chip in because I noticed your question referred to the 'Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals' course. That's not the course you need for the CSA.

Rather, you need to complete the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course. See this link for details:
