There isn’t a standardized or common website where you can find a fixed set of interview questions for an Admin role. The interview process has completely evolved—interviewers no longer ask a fixed set of questions; instead, they can ask anything.
The first step is to carefully read the Job Description (JD) and ensure you have a solid understanding of everything mentioned in your CV. You must be confident in those areas.
For an Admin role, focus on:
- Applications and Modules
- Forms & Navigation
- Basics of Scripting
- Reports & Dashboards
- CMDB Overview
In short, everything you studied in the CSA should be well understood and applied effectively.
