Hi,
I am a Knowledge admin and I would like to be able to "search and replace" strings in our knowledge articles.
Use case: In our KBs (article body and short description) we refer to CIs, support groups. application names, etc.
We often have to replace these names with new values.
Example, a support group refered in 100 KBs changes name. We need to go into each KB and replace the name.
These values are found in the text of the "article boby" field, not in a spefific multi selection field.
Question: Is there a way to set up a search and replace tools for Knowledge admin or Knowledge base managers so that they could search for a value in specified fields and replace with the new value ?
Thanks !
