Is it possible to get a detailed evaluation of your CSA exam result?

Hi,

I know that ServiceNow only shares the detailed results of CSA if the candidate fails the exam, however I recently took the exam and passed but wanted to find out which areas I might still need to focus more on and pick my courses accordingly. Is there a way to get that data from ServiceNow?

If a candidate fails the exam, ServiceNow shares the percentage of marks achieved in each section, as per the exam blueprint. However, if a candidate passes the exam, they only receive a pass certificate—no sectional breakdown is provided.

So, what you're looking for isn't possible, as ServiceNow does not share that information. Additionally, the exact passing percentage is not publicly disclosed

@MaimoonaShafeeq There is not direct way for this. One option I have tried is comparing the Mainline Exam Blueprint for % by section and then depending on total number of questions determine how many questions were correctly answered for each section (% scored in each domains). This is only to get an overview/idea of how many questions I have answered correctly and cross check myself on any questions that I might have answered incorrectly. No other options.

I was reading through all the materials for testing, and it stated that we will not have access to our test scores. However, I'm sure through continued use of the platform, you will find your strengths and weaknesses.
