Is there a way to check the email size?

The article above states that the maximum email size is 50M.

I would like to adjust the maximum size of attached files, but I am worried that the size of the other information will exceed 50M.
If there was a way to check the size of the email, I could adjust the maximum size keeping that in mind...

The maximum size is known to use the following properties:
"glide.email.inbound.max_total_attachment_size_bytes"
