What role minimum does a user need in order to be assigned Project Tasks? We need to be able to assign these tasks without providing any more abilities past this, nor the ability to alter project information or edit anything but the task itself.

It seems this Assigned To field is locked down by a reference qualifier. Within the Project environment, it would require ITIL or it_project_user. The latter seems most restrictive while providing the necessary features.

If you have another suggestion, please let me know. Additionally, I have yet to understand where these qualifiers are listed so if you can also provide details on this, it'd be appreciated.
