Hello All,
I was hoping that with the version control in place in the Knowledge Base, I would be able to control what changes warrant a new version and what don't.
I don't want to make a new version of an article when we make minor amendments such as changing a link/correcting a typo/updating the formatting that don't impact the content. Process-wise, I would want to be able to edit the article without clicking 'Checkout', and I would only click 'Checkout' when I'm making a substantial change and would want to preserve the previous version of the article for record-keeping, and to be able to revert back if and when needed.
Is this possible?
Thanks in Advance!
Shawn I.

Hi @EashuneAngI ,
The OOTB KB publish logic implemented like that to record all changes version wise.
You can try to make it editable to Knowlege Team/or/Knowledge Manager level via ACL ( if that works )
-Thanks ,
