Step 1. Navigate to all> HHD > Incidents and Inquiries
When searching for HHD under the all menu it is not returning any results! Seems like I might've missed a step in a previous lab! Or something has not saved.
Any suggestions?

Hi Giovanna,
can you please share any screenshot to understand it better?
What course is this related? I only see Lab 6.1 but what course is that?
Also, try to continue, the labs must be completed from 80 % to finish the whole training and if it is not a prerequisite to some future tasks, you can skip it.
When you click on validate task, you will might get some details in case you missed something to complete..

Hi @GiovannaD,
I remember when doing the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals module, there was lab that stepped through creating an application called HHD and adding a custom list view that filtered down to HHD incidents.
If you have followed the previous lab steps in the same instance (lab or PDI) I imagine this HHD application should be present in the all menu.
Could you check the previous lab steps to see if the above steps are familiar?
In agreement with @GlideFather's comment, if you can let us know what module this Lab 6.1 resides in, we'll have the necessary context to be able to assist further.
Thanks!

Hi @GiovannaD ,
You have to create the HHD in the very beginning of the SNAF course. Since you are still at the starting part of this course, I would encourage you to start from scratch and follow the step-by-step guide in the eBook
