Yes it is and with it - you can go through Few youtube videos like - Learn&Grow from Atul Grover. Try as much as possible Hands on as well.

Yes, its good to start, there are many courses and activity involve, complete all free items first, later you can think about paid courses.
There are many common courses/activities in all 3 levels ( associate, professional and expert )
