Hey @ArkapravaR

The sn_lg_ops_legal_profile table in ServiceNow belongs to the Legal Service Delivery (LSD) application, specifically within the Legal Matter Management or Legal Operations modules.

It is part of the ServiceNow Legal Operations product, designed to help legal departments manage legal matters, requests, documents, and stakeholders efficiently.

Purpose of sn_lg_ops_legal_profile
The sn_lg_ops_legal_profile table is used to store profiles for legal stakeholders — these could be internal employees, outside counsel, clients, or any party involved in legal processes.

Key Uses of the Legal Profile Table
Centralized Stakeholder Information

Stores relevant legal contact details and roles for individuals or entities involved in legal matters.

Can be linked to users, accounts, firms, or external vendors.

Role Assignment and Permissions

Helps define the role a profile plays in a legal matter (e.g., Legal Counsel, Paralegal, External Law Firm, Approver).

Supports access control and visibility of legal tasks and records.

Legal Matter Participation

Profiles are often linked to Legal Matter records (sn_lg_ops_legal_matter) as collaborators or responsible parties.

Facilitates workflows such as approvals, document reviews, or billing interactions.

Integration with Legal Requests

Legal Profiles can be associated with legal requests or case submissions coming from the Employee Center or Service Portal.

Useful for routing or assigning incoming legal tasks.

Document Collaboration

In workflows involving legal documentation (NDA reviews, contracts, regulatory filings), profiles help define who reviews or signs what.

And it have few related tables

sn_lg_ops_legal_matter: Main record of a legal case/matter

sn_lg_ops_legal_request: Intake/request record for legal services

sn_lg_ops_legal_document: Stores attached documents, often referencing profiles

sys_user / core_company: Linked via relationships if the profile is tied to people or firms

Let me know if this helps you.

Just to add one more thing...

I couldn’t find a direct public link specifically for the sn_lg_ops_legal_profile table, but I can point you toward the general documentation for the Legal Request Management / Legal Service Delivery application—which includes this table:

In the ServiceNow product docs for Legal Request Management, you’ll find lists of components and tables installed by the plugin, which include the legal profile table

To view it yourself:

Log into your instance

Go to System Applications → All Available Applications → All

Install or locate Legal Request Management (or Legal Service Delivery)

After activation, go to System Definition → Tables, and search for legal_profile to view the schema and related information directly.

This will give you visibility into the table structure, fields, and how it relates to other components within the legal application.

Can you describe the purpose of the fields in this table, like - Inventor Legal Name.
