Mandatory in Policy Exception config is grayed out

Hello Everyone,

How to enable the Mandatory check box?
Currently it is grayed out. I already look for policies or BR, but no found.

Hi,
I just checked the out-of-the-box one and it's not grayed-out... so, I'm not sure why it's read-only on your instance.

Anyways, if you wish to set it to mandatory, I recommend doing so using a UI policy instead of the field dictionary.

There must be a reason behind why your instance is configured to restrict setting fields mandatory on dictionary level. Generally its not recommend to set the field mandatory on dictionary Unless its very clear but the field usage. In your case I recommend you to Create a UI policy and set the field mandatory based on conditions/no conditions.

Hi, Seems, you have created the UI policy in Global scope but the table you selected is a scoped one. Can you try changing the Application scope of the instance & then reload the form. It will get the Mandatory checkbox editable.
