Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I have a query concerning the transfer of a dashboard containing all its widgets from one instance to another. I do performance analytics in a development environment, and the administrators are assisting me in pushing it to production. However, I'm currently facing a challenge because we encountered an issue during the transfer. We've made updates to our dashboard, and our intention is to include these changes in the production release. The problem we're encountering is that only an older version of the dashboard is being pulled into the production environment, not the updated one. I'm seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Hi @karamatf
Have you tried to unload the dashboard? (also make sure to capture this action into the update set)
Let me know if it works for you!
Cheers,
Tai Vu

Are you moving the Dashboard using an update set? if so, have you updated the update set with your changes to make sure that it's not pulling in the old one?

They are utilizing update sets, and it appears that they are retrieving an outdated one. We've asked them to generate new update sets instead.

I'm sure they know what they're doing given that they've done it once already but they just need to use the 'Unload Dashboard' option from the Dashboard view to make sure all your changes are captured.
