MS Teams uninstall

I am trying to setup an MS Teams integration into an instance however I get this error message saying:

The Microsoft Teams tenant associated with "email address" is currently registered with instance https://<instancename>.service-now.com.

If you want to proceed with the installation, reach out to your system administrator to first uninstall from  https://<instancename>.service-now.com.

Note: If your current instance is on Tokyo release but https://<instancename>.service-now.com is on pre-Tokyo release, please refer to the product documentation for important instructions.

If the existing installation is already removed, click Refresh to proceed.

On the target instance the version is washingtondc-12-20-2023__patch4-hotfix1a-07-01-2024, on the instance from which the uninstall needs to happen is washingtondc-12-20-2023__patch6-07-17-2024.

I still get the error message after uninstalling basically everything from the old instance, including tables, records, at the moment i can't see anything connected to Teams.
Also, I found a KB1002407 with a clean up script however in table

sys_cs_provider_application there is only 1 record and that is not what I need.
Is there any way to make sure all residual things are removed which can be connected to the MS Teams integration app so I don't get the error message and can set it up on another instance?

I had the same issue in the past, cleaning up a Teams installations from an instance manually is a nightmare. Thankfully this article details the necessary steps to take:
