Does anyone have the step-by-step instructions for taking an exam on the new exa platform?

The exam platform is moving from Webassessor to Pearson VUE, so the registration steps are slightly different now. Once you log in to the ServiceNow Certification Portal, you’ll see the option to schedule your exam through Pearson VUE instead of Webassessor. From there, it’s basically:

Go to Schedule Exam → Pick your certification → Choose online or test center → select date/time → apply voucher if needed → confirm. You’ll get a confirmation email with check-in instructions. For online proctored exams, make sure you run the system test ahead of time (camera, mic, network, room scan, etc.).

So yes, the flow shifted a bit with the new exam provider, but the steps are pretty straightforward once you’re in the Cert portal.

please be informed that webassessor will be soon replaced by Pearson VUE, particularly on 17th November 2025 but after 2nd November webassessor shall no longer be available to register for exams.

Now it's to wait until 18th Nov and then candidates will register directly at the SN University without leaving the site. The first half of November is kinda "blind" period due to the transition that is ongoing...
