not able to view View workbench in incident management

hi 

I have installed incident communication plugin and have set up communication plan etc , give the conditions as well (if incident is P2) however am not able to see View Workbench as per in screen shot from video i followed to create it 

 

Please help

Hi Mate,

 

Greetings!!

Try to repair the plugins , also check any base plugin need to repair for this. I had similar issue 2 years back and just repairing plugin it works. Also check OOTB configuration or user role to view workbench.

 

Hi mate,

 

Now a days it is very common issue and many are suffering from this. Better release this instance and take a new one and also take regular back up of your PDI.
