Not receiving the incident table records into Mulesoft

I am trying to retrieve the on new records using the ServiceNow connectors in the MuleSoft.

I provided the SOAP and itil access to the users but still when I created the records I am not receiving the records, can you please help me

I don’t have much information on this, but you can log a case with the Now Support team, and they should be able to assist you
