Receiving phishing email as Incident in ServiceNow.

Hello ServiceNow Community,

 

I am new to ServiceNow, and we have been receiving phishing email as incident in our ServiceNow portal with attachment. How is the community solving this issue?

In navigation under "System Mailboxes" -> "Administration" There's "Filters".
There you can further specify filters that ignore inbound emails. It's a bit difficult to filter all, but if there are some obvious similarities between the emails, then you can block those.

Otherwise it's best to have email client from gmail, outlook or similar and have the email admins configure the settings directly on their side to better filter spam and phishing emails.
