performance analytics for Incident trend analysis

hi 

i want to ask and check if anyone has used PA for incident trend analysis 

For E.g to check which incidents or issues are repeat or tickets logged for same issues in last 3 months etc

 

this is to ensure that we get help in pro active problem management

Hi @karan15 ,

 

The questions you have asked is a two side question. 1st, yes, I have configured PA for incident trend analysis. 

Second, it's really based on how you can club the incidents together? Does it comes from alert, should they be clubbed together based on that they refer to the same problem ticket? or why should the different incidents be grouped?
