Personalizing table columns

How permanently personalize this table by my custom column from the table side not from from here.

Use the right mouse button on one of the column's title, and select Configure > List Layout .

Go to worklist table (sys_aw_list)

and then open the list of the table you want to change/update and then add/remove the columns you want:-

This is the best part of ServiceNow, you can personalize many things. You can do view the List Layout. Right click onany field and you will get configured and then select the list layout. Don't underestimate the power of right-click in SN.
