Problem with Email Client in Custom Workspace

On the dictionary collection for our table we have added the 'email_client=true' attribute.
The 'Compose Email' button is visible and the compose section on our form also shows the email client part.
I am sure that this is a due an error or missing configuration in our custom workspace. I get the same error, when opening an Incident in this workspace. But if I open it in the Service Operation Workspace everything is okay,

Hi Devojit,
Try verifying in the Email Client Template - for Table if it exists. Since, templates for emails can exist even without Table names. If this does not exist then you can do Insert & Stay on the Email Client Template to create a new one with less order given on this for your target table in this situation (this will ensure anyother areas where the original template is used will not be impacted)
