Reclaim Instance

I have had my developer instance on ServiceNow for about 5 years. it always has given me the ability to reclaim my instance and I'm not getting it today. I really need this instance reclaimed. Can someone tell me who to contact since the option is no longer available when I request an instance to reclaim it. Thank you

Please see this ServiceNow article from 17th of November with effective date 15th of December 2022:
Important Update to PDI Restore Operation (servicenow.com)

 

It's stated in the article that: "Due to changes in PDI infrastructure, the ability to restore PDIs will be permanently disabled as of December 15, 2022. "

HI @jeffnmd ,

 

If the instance has been reclaimed by ServiceNow due to inactivity, there is no other way than request a new one. There is no support for the PDIs in this fora, and it's neither possible to restore from previous.

Hi Anders,

 

Respectfully, I have been able to restore previously a few times because it had the ability to Reclaim Instance where you could Request instance. Has something changed? Done this many times and also I ran across in 10/22 a community answer that had the same I had been doing to Reclaim Instance.  Thanks, Jeff
