Hello @923HelpWay
1)Dashboard loading takes time due to Heavy Reports (Report takes time to load because of large data fetch)
2)More the Reports in Dashboards also takes time to load.
3)Internet connectivity at user's desk
4)Browser Cache
Some Suggestions:
1) Review your Report Filters.
on which table reports are written and what query on record in applied
2)Use Interactive and Dynamic Filters in Dashboards
3)Avoid heavy Reports in dashboard.
4)Avoid overloading dashboards with too many widgets. Focus on the most critical data. Use Colors Wisely: Make sure color coding is intuitive and helps with understanding trends.

Hi @923HelpWay ,
1. Use fewer columns in reports.
2. Remove unnecessary reports from dashboards.
3. Limit list items to 100 or less.
4. Filter reports to show only needed data, like active incidents this month.
