I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered during my recent examination. Due to an unexpected technical glitch, I inadvertently clicked the submit button before I had completed the test. This was not intentional, and I was unable to continue or review my answers thereafter.
I kindly request you to consider this matter and allow me an opportunity to reattempt the exam, if possible. I am fully committed to adhering to all examination protocols and sincerely hope for your understanding in this regard.

The community can't help here. Also, if you clicked the submit button, whether knowingly or unknowingly, it’s considered an attempt. You will need to book the exam again by paying the retake fee. I understand this isn’t ideal in your case, but unfortunately, no one can help here. You can log a Now Learning case and let the support team review it.
