Are you referring to a Business Rule, or is 'Business Policy' specific to a particular module? I don't think the term 'Business Policy' exists in ServiceNow.
If you are referring to a Business Rule:
- Business Rules execute server-side logic when records are inserted, updated, deleted, or queried.
- They enforce business logic and data consistency.
- Example: Automatically assigning an incident to a specific group based on its category.
