Hi @keerunc

Here some in short guide for you start

  1. Create a free developer instance → developer.servicenow.com
  2. Complete “ServiceNow Fundamentals” (free on Now Learning).
  3. Learn core admin tasks:
    • Users, Groups, Roles
    • Tables & Forms
    • Service Catalog & Record Producers
    • Flow Designer
    • Import Sets & Data Management
  4. Build 2–3 small projects (like IT Help Desk, HR Requests, Asset Tracking).
  5. Prepare for the CSA (Certified System Administrator) exam.

Hii @keerunc

As a ServiceNow trainer, I'm happy to guide you on your learning journey. ServiceNow is both deep and wide, meaning it requires understanding from both functional and technical perspectives.

To kick off your journey, I recommend starting with the basics, particularly the CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification. You can begin with dedicated courses available on Now Learning, or follow the System Administrator learning path.

Take your time to thoroughly learn the fundamentals, as these will form a strong foundation for your growth. There's no need to rush.

In addition to the CSA, I also recommend exploring the following courses:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/zurich/new_to_servicenow

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/zurich/servicenow_administrator

You cna dfiliw my batch 18 oplaylist as well to learn CSA
