The definition of service commitments is: In ServiceNow, service commitments are agreements between a service provider and a customer that define specific levels of service and support. These commitments ensure that the service provider delivers the agreed-upon services at the defined quality and timeliness.
Would this report SLA performance e.g. how incidents or problems preformed against the SLA for a given reporting period?
