I have successfully built a connection section on the IIS pattern to MS Sql by setting the operation to "Create Connection", chose "Inclusion" as the connection type, "MS SQL Db Inclusion" as the entry point, and then provided the database "NAME" and port "1433".
My question is, if I have hardcoded a name and port into this connection section, wouldn't that mean I'd have to make a new connection section for every IIS to MS Sql connection? How do I just point this as an option for all app services containing IIS and MS Sql? Did I go about this the wrong way?
I'm actually surprised there is not a whole forum on service mapping connections.
