ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand - TIPS/SUGGESTIONS NEEDED

Hi all,

My name's Jorge and I have some experience working with ServiceNow instances to perform my work tasks, but I have recently started the "Associate ServiceNow Administrator" learning path and got to the "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals" course which I have to do on demand as I don't have availability to attend the instructor led one.

So I'm feeling a bit lost following along the different modules with their lessons and the participant guide are all very vague.

For example, on lab 2.1 "configure an instance" it asks to mark the instance as the dev instance and change company logo, browser tab and instance context pill, BUT it doesn't provide clear instructions on how to do that in the lessons

or on the ebook guide. 

And I'm starting to wonder where I have gone wrong or if I'm missing something.

I hope I'm being clear, please let me know if you have any suggestions for me to feel more comfortable completing this course and any tips to getting certified would be very welcome.

in according to lab 2.1 in the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, Lab 2.1 is thorough explained from page 56-62.

where do you get an error or what do you not understand?

I was confused too, because that the SNAF has the bonus content. I see BONUS content, Capstones and the Resource Pack, but not seeing all the instructions for the lab instances for labs 2.2 and 2.3 and so on. I'm just havin to move on and work with I see and hopefully what I'm obviously missing will click somewhere. I'm enjoying the course, but when I go to page 52-62 in  the SNAF as you suggested I see Module 5-6 Bonus Content. Let me know if I'm off base. Thanks!

I think I see it know...My ebook wasn't downloading all the way and some of the information was cut off. I restarted my computer and it seems to be showing all the information. Hopefully this will do it.

Don't be demotivated and don't loose hope. If you are stuck, take a break and come back with more power. You can do , solution is near to you. Just take time and do it.
