What things should I focus on being new to ServiceNow to help master faster!

Hello All, 

New to the ServiceNow ecosystem. Currently studying for the CSA now. 

If willing to share any wisdom or knowledge about topics, courses, common issues, configuration patterns that you wish you knew early on in your ServiceNow career or If you were mentoring a newbie what would you tell to focus on early in there career to help master ServiceNow easier.  Please feel free to reply.

What helped me get a quick grasp of the ServiceNow ecosystem first and foremost was finding a mentor who has been working on the platform for quite some time, after that, it was finding the right resources the ones that helped me were the ServiceNow Slack channel, ServiceNow's Community, and Now Learning. There are also YouTube Channels like ServiceNow Community, ServiceNow Dev Program, and last but not least a channel called SAASwithServiceNow (This will definitely help you for the CSA).
