ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand - TIPS/SUGGESTIONS NEEDED

Hi all,

My name's Jorge and I have some experience working with ServiceNow instances to perform my work tasks, but I have recently started the "Associate ServiceNow Administrator" learning path and got to the "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals" course which I have to do on demand as I don't have availability to attend the instructor led one.

So I'm feeling a bit lost following along the different modules with their lessons and the participant guide are all very vague.

For example, on lab 2.1 "configure an instance" it asks to mark the instance as the dev instance and change company logo, browser tab and instance context pill, BUT it doesn't provide clear instructions on how to do that in the lessons

or on the ebook guide. 

And I'm starting to wonder where I have gone wrong or if I'm missing something.

I hope I'm being clear, please let me know if you have any suggestions for me to feel more comfortable completing this course and any tips to getting certified would be very welcome.

Including that lab, almost every lab in the book has a step by step instruction that tells you exactly what to do. Flip to page 55.

Toward the end of the course they stop hand-holding a bit and let you figure it out on your own.
