Servicenow dashboard is not showing as a display when I Impersonate other user

When I Impersonate other users I dont get the Servicenow dashboard by default on impersonator profile. How to enable it. Has anyone of you assist me?

Hi @erumjabeen 

The screen shot your as 1st is not dashboard, it is Workspace, so in this case you need to see is the user has role for workspace and you can redirect to workspace as default.

I didnot ask about the workspace screen. I am asking about the service now screen which is not showing after impersonate the user,assigned the role ITIL too.
