Servicenow dashboard is not showing as a display when I Impersonate other user

When I Impersonate other users I dont get the Servicenow dashboard by default on impersonator profile. How to enable it. Has anyone of you assist me?

You can change the system property to  glide.login.home to "home_splash.do?sysparm_direct=true"

Please notice that you can only have one Dashboard / homepage for all users - not differentiated homepages. You can read this article to get more information: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0744970

That is what I am saying instead of showing the homepage of service now, it shows the workspace as a homepage for the impersonated user.

for viewing dashboard you need dashboard_admin,dashboards related roles,try adding these role to that user
