ServiceNow with 3rd Party Integration

Hello Community,

Recently I was trying to integrate ServiceNow with a 3rd part ticketing tool 
I have successfully done it using excel , csv file. 
but using REST integration I'm having issue while getting the Authorization code from the 3rd party App.
can anyone help me on this
like how can I proceed with this what will be the next step.

Hi @Community Alums 

As you are getting error from 3rd party, so you need to ask team for correct username and password.
