Hello,
My university has begun our implementation project for SN. I am working on creating a list of Services and Service Offerings; but am not sure how granular to get. Does anyone know of any discussions or training videos that discuss best practices for setting up Services and Service Offerings?
*FYI, I am the system administrator for the university; and have taken some of the training available on the NowLearning site. I have not yet taken the certification exam.
