Show .eml Email file in Document Viewer

Is it possible to allow .eml file be viewed using Document Viewer? I would like to view email correspondence in the Platform rather than downloading, opening the file.

@athavichith The Document Viewer in ServiceNow only supports following file types.

• MS Word (.doc) and (.docx)
• MS PowerPoint (.ppt) and (pptx)
• MS Excel (.xls) and (.xlsx)
• PDF
• PNG
• JPEG

Any file type other than the ones mentioned above are not currently supported by Document Preview. If user tries to access the unsupported files they get downloaded by default.
