hi @kumarswapnil ,

first of all, SNoW is a different software, but I’m guessing you refer to ServiceNow and NOT SNOW? secondly, you should look at this path:  https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id=62... , as this is must have for admin.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Best regards

Hi @kumarswapnil

I am a ServiceNow trainer and can guide you. The first skill to learn is understanding the correct terminology—it's not "SNOW" but "SN" or "ServiceNow."

There are multiple roles available in ServiceNow. Since you asked about the Admin role, here are some key details:

  • Start with the basics, like "Welcome to ServiceNow".
  • Follow the System Administrator Journey on ServiceNow University.
  • As you progress, you will gain hands-on experience as part of the training.
  • Once you're comfortable with the platform and processes, consider getting certified.
  • However, alongside this, start learning JavaScript, which is essential if you want to transition into a Developer role.
  • After completing the Admin certification, explore micro-certifications like CMDB, Flow Designer, and Integration.
  • Lastly, keep contributing and helping others—it strengthens your learning!

Hi @kumarswapnil

Get comfortable with the platform by signing up for a PDI and gaining hands-on experience. Follow the System Administrator journey on Now Learning, and leverage YouTube tutorials for additional guidance. Start with the CSA certification (essential for all admins), then advance to CIS-ITSM to deepen your ITSM knowledge.

Hi everyone, Good afternoon!

yes it was indeed a mistake to write SNow. I was referring to servicenow. And thanks for all your comments.
