SLA Compliance Reports, Widgets, Dashboard

Help 🙂 I need assistance with a report/widgets/dashboard.

Here is a list of requirements I have been asked to show for our ServiceDesk. Does anyone have any ideas for how I can accomplish all of this? I am having a hard time wrapping my head around it.

These statements need to refine actually, these are pure business words, so before we bring these in SN , we need to understand how the customer is measuring this currently. 

 

These are related to SLA, and rating is like the commitments.
