Hi All,
Need Clarification:
For the SLA schedule, Weekdays excluding holidays, I have checked the Scheduled Entries for that and observed,
Repeats is showing as "Does not repeat" and Start date time and End date time is showing the year 2020.
So, does this mean the SLAs won't exclude holidays now? or how it works
Can someone explain me please?
Regards,
Pallavi

Hello,
I confirm if repeats is set to "Does not repeat" the sla does not take in account holidays, like in the Following example. The SLA will breach on May First even if I configured it to be excluded
- SLA Execution
- The schedule
2- and here is the result wen I changed repeats to "Yearly"
I hope it will be helpeful!

That is correct. For it to repeat every year it must have an entry in Repeats (Yearly) and a pattern, such as below.
