Use Details filtered from CSV or Excel to produce Service Now Table?

Hi, if I have a list of information in a CSV or Excel, how do I get that into a Service Now table please so I can work on it? e.g.  if needing to group of users received from another source like HR?

thanks.  I suspect I don't have the right role on my profile so can't see any options for "import" or "transform"

You need to be a system administrator to perform this task. If you're not a system administrator, then you need to reach out to your local administrator.
