Hello Experts,
I received this error when setting up SMTP email (We want to use custom domain, not the default one, hence why we set up a new one). Hope the screenshot clarifies:
- Is it because we do not have App Password? Follow up question is, if we do not want to use App Password, is it possible to configure a SMTP?
- Connection Security - Is this one free to choose from ServiceNow fields? or need to match some other values from Outlook side as well. Is there any configuration?
Thanks a lot!
