It looks like an LDAP server issue within the lab instance.
It’s better to log a learning case under Help Center so that the team can guide you.

I have the same issue as the original poster, but the steps described above did not help. I am still getting the following error message: Error Messageldap://192.168.80.5:389/ Invalid credentials
