Survey - Issue with Trigger Condition User Field

Our organization uses the CSM module and aims to send a survey after closing a case. I configured the "Opened By" field for the user, and the survey triggers once the case is closed.

However, the requirement is for the case's contact person to receive the survey. I’ve set up the necessary fields, but unfortunately, it’s not triggering as expected.

Hi,

can you share the trigger condition?

It should be as similar as following:
Table: sn_customerservice_case
[State][CHANGES TO][Closed]

Adjust this up to your needs. You can get to that record at the table [asmt_condition] or navigate to the particular Survey and scroll down to the related tab in the below and create/edit it from there.


NOTE: I was taking the screenshot from existing trigger, I was not creating a new record. That is why there is the Related field for Assignment group, adjust that up to your needs... This is just an example.
