Create Case Greyed out for HR Agent Workspace

Hello, We have an issue where the option to create a HR Case is greyed out when selecting the service Payroll Query in Agent Workspace selecting other services the create case button is not greyed out. It works fine in Standard UI for Payroll Query so its not a fields issue. Any one had this before or ideas?

Hi @misolarz 

 

Please check is any specific field is missing or how the new create case form has been designed to Payroll. Also, try to repair the HRSD Core plugin once.
