Hi @JordyS - You need to pay to enroll in the course (unless you work for a ServiceNow partner company, in which case enrolment is free).

Once you have paid and enrolled in the course, you get access to the eBook.

Complete Admin training, Navigate few youtube Videos, navigate to Now learning and join CSA training and go through EBook, Try as much as possible hands on, Search Internet for Multiple CSA practice  questions Site and Once you are confident..Go for certification.

Are there any YouTube channels you would recommend to view? I will be starting the sys admin course in a couple weeks and wanted to get ahead of it if possible.

Go through the now learning course and ebook and also check the sample question for CSA.
