Hi @JordyS ,

You can start with Welcome To ServiceNow course.

https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/welcome-to-servicenow?id=learning_course_prev...

Then you can work your way towards Admin course.

https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/servicenow-administration-fundamentals-on-dem...

You will get an E-book in the Administrative Fundamentals to help you prepare for CSA. Go through it multiple times. Also do the hands-on labs in Administrative Fundamentals to grasp the System Admin concepts better.

Also you can use this quizlet site for your practice questions before exam:

You can learn from Now Learning.  Good Luck!

I took the exam three times. The first two attempts were without reviewing the SAF book and completing the labs. I used external resources like Udemy and watched the mandatory videos and thought that was enough. I am excited to announce that I breezed through the test after reviewing the book and completing the labs.
