Hi @jesuspena ,

The only solution is to study until that you're confident in the material. Just go through the ServiceNow material and train on it until you feel confident to take the exam.

When the exam begins. Relax. Take your time. Breathe. You will pass. 

I practiced and studied for two weeks.  Then took my time. And passed the exam. 

You will too!

When taking the test.  Take your time. Don’t look at the clock. Read the question 2 or 3 times. Don’t overthink it. Breath. Answer the question. And then repeat. 

You will pass.

I studied and practiced. The. I did the above and passed the first time. You will pass too.

For CSA Exam ebook is single source of truth and I will strongly recommend to read that 3 4 times n do the labs. Read word by word that is key here.
