Do you have more team members who might be working on same instance on different update sets ?

you can check.. mostly this could be the issue

Hi @flsn2

Greetings!!

Could you please provide some screen shot of error. In PDI you will get few OOTB update set but that should not create any issue.

Hi,
you could review the Created and Created by values. There might be some dependencies, if you make one change, it will create/update some other records as well. What goes on my mind are widgets, and/or dashboards...

You can recognize it that there would be created many records within one (or a very few) seconds...

Another thing to be checked are scopes, could you share with us what are the objects created (e.g. List layout, Business rule, UI Action, .........)?? And also the type INSERT_UPDATE or DELETE?
